  • Nova Scotia Folk Art Festival
    Starts: 12:00 pm
    Ends: August 2, 2015 - 4:00 pm
    Location: Lunenburg War Memorial Arena
    Description: The juried artists (over 50) show and sell their art with the organizing body taking 20% of the sale price to cover the cost of staging the event. There is no fee charged the artists for participating. The management committee are volunteers working on behalf of the Lunenburg Heritage Society. Any profits after expenses are used to finance the Knaut Rhuland House Museum/National Historic Site in Lunenburg.

    Tickets bought on site: $5 for adults, children free. Door prizes drawn at 1pm and 2pm followed by the Auction. Live music all day. Tasty food. No pets please.
